Sailing is what Gemini does best. The crew sets off from the sand at Ka'anapali for two hours of smooth trade-wind sailing, with the West Maui mountains behind you and Moloka'i and Lāna'i across the channel.
Dinner is catered by the chefs of the Westin Ka'anapali and served onboard, and the complimentary premium bar pours Maui-brewed beer, wine and island cocktails — a mai tai on the forward trampolines as the sun goes down is the whole idea.
There is room to spread out: shaded cabin seating, benches around the deck and the trampolines forward. Engines off, sails up, for most of the sail.
Season runs April 16 to December 14. Departure time shifts with the sunset, so check your confirmed time.
