The evening version of the Lady Kailani run: the full sweep of Kauai's coastline in the late light, then sunset at sea, from the most comfortable platform Port Allen has. Two decks, wrap-around seating, freshwater showers and a covered galley. Dinner is a proper spread rather than a snack — fresh fruit, a veggie platter, spam and tofu musubi, garden and tofu salads, jasmine rice, teriyaki chicken, the fresh catch of the day and dessert, with juice, soda, water and alcoholic beverages.
