The afternoon sail is Gemini's whale watch and sunset sail in one. From December 15 to April 15 the boat leaves Ka'anapali at 4:00 PM, when humpbacks are often active in the channel and the light is at its best.
A professional marine naturalist narrates what you are seeing and lowers a hydrophone so you can hear whale song live. A catered dinner is served onboard and the complimentary premium bar is open.
Gemini loads guests directly from the sand at Ka'anapali Beach. Whales are wild animals; sightings are typical in season but never guaranteed.
