They begin communicating with guests prior to arrival and personally attend to their needs throughout their stay to seamlessly provide exceptional service prior to and during their vacation. Our concierge team will create a personalized itinerary including activities, dining reservations, a session with a professional photographer, tee times and any special requests the guest may have.

POOL & BEACH SERVICE

Our expertise extends beyond lobby concierge services to the pool and beach areas of the resort. We create extraordinary and memorable experiences for guests while they enjoy the outdoors on property including cabana and umbrella rentals, Maui Jim retail sales, full concierge services and towel service.

Welcome packet for our guests upon arrival which can include a $10 off gift card for any activity, invitation for a complimentary photography session, and an invitation to the Daily Island Orientation.
Morning welcome call - concierge welcomes guests to resort and introduces the resort amenities and our services.
Daily Island Orientation presentation to introduce our guests to the activities and tours, restaurants and island current events.
Maui Concierge Service exclusive guide book “Food & Fun in the Sun” provided for all guest rooms. This complimentary magazine for each of our locations highlights Maui’s most popular activities and restaurants.
Complimentary Resort Photography Session - A professional photographer provides our guests with a photography session at the resort, where many images are taken. Guests will have the opportunity to review “best of session” photographs and purchase packages.
