KA‘ANAPALI ALI‘I RESORT
Activity World, (owned by Craig Hill) operated the concierge desks at The Ka‘anapali Ali‘i. After the acquisition of Activity World by Expedia, Expedia stayed on as concierge under Mr. Hill’s management. After Mr. Hill fulfilled his management contract for Expedia and started Maui Concierge Service, The Ka‘anapali Ali‘i asked MCS to return as their resort concierge in 2010. MCS provides two concierge locations, snorkel gear, boogie board rentals and resort photography. The onsite massage services are also fully operated and managed by MCS.

THE WHALER ON KA‘ANAPALI BEACH
MCS operates two concierge locations at the Whaler since 2016. Our full service lobby concierge and the pool/beachside which specializes in Maui Jim sunglasses, sunscreen, beach and pool toys, cabana rentals and all resort photography services.
